These Terms and Conditions govern your use of rngagroexports.com and the basis on which RNG Agro Exports LLP (“RNG”, “we”) provides quotations. By using the website you accept these terms.

2. Website information
Product descriptions, specifications, market prices, FOB indications and articles on this website are for general information only. They are indicative, may change without notice, and are not an offer to sell. Specifications binding on us are only those written into a signed sales contract or proforma invoice.
3. Quotations and orders
- A quotation is valid only for the period stated on it and is subject to availability, crop conditions and Government of India export policy (including DGFT notifications, minimum export prices and export restrictions).
- No contract exists until both parties sign a sales contract or the buyer confirms a proforma invoice in writing and the agreed advance or letter of credit is in place.
- If these Terms conflict with a signed sales contract, the sales contract prevails.
4. Quality, specifications and inspection
Goods are agricultural products and are supplied to the specification, tolerances and test methods agreed in the contract. Where the contract names a pre-shipment inspection agency, its certificate of quality and weight at the port of loading is final unless the contract says otherwise.
5. Prices, Incoterms and payment
- Prices are quoted in US dollars unless stated otherwise and under Incoterms® 2020 (for example FOB, CFR or CIF) as named in the quotation.
- Payment terms are those agreed in the contract, typically an irrevocable letter of credit at sight or a telegraphic-transfer advance with balance against documents.
- Import duties, taxes and charges at destination are the buyer’s responsibility unless the contract states otherwise.
6. Samples
Samples are representative of the quality offered but are not a guarantee that every lot will be identical. Courier costs may be charged unless waived in writing.
7. Shipment and risk
Risk passes to the buyer as defined by the agreed Incoterm. Shipment dates are estimates; we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping lines, ports, inspection agencies or authorities.
8. Claims
Quality or quantity claims must be made in writing within the period in the sales contract or, if none is stated, within 15 days of discharge at the destination port, supported by an independent survey report. Our liability for any claim is limited to the invoice value of the affected goods.
9. Force majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including crop failure, extreme weather, epidemics, strikes, port congestion, war, and government export bans, restrictions or policy changes.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or business, arising from use of this website or its content.
11. Intellectual property
Text, images, data and design on this website belong to RNG Agro Exports LLP or its licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without written permission.
12. Third-party links
Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Rajkot, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction, unless a sales contract provides for arbitration or another forum.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time; the version published here applies from the date shown above.
