Certified organic, one Indian supplier
Rice, wheat, pulses, millets, spices, oilseeds and superfoods: every product we export is also available certified organic, with a Transaction Certificate from an accredited certification body on every shipment.
How our organic supply works
RNG Agro Exports supplies certified organic versions of every product in its catalogue, sourced from certified growers and processors across India and managed by our team from specification to loading. You deal with one supplier and one contract, for conventional and organic lots alike.
Organic standards
Grown and processed under India’s NPOP, with USDA NOP or EU-equivalent scope arranged to suit your destination market.
Transaction Certificate
Every organic shipment is supplied with a Transaction Certificate issued by an accredited certification body, together with the scope certificate for the lot.
Residue testing
Pesticide-residue analysis at an accredited laboratory, against EU or US limits, available for each lot before shipment.
Traceability & segregation
Lot-level traceability back to certified growers, with organic lots kept separate through cleaning, packing and loading.
Documents with every organic shipment
- Transaction Certificate (TC)
- Scope certificate for the lot
- Certificate of Analysis
- Phytosanitary certificate
- Certificate of origin
- Commercial invoice & packing list
- Pesticide-residue report (on request)
Chemical fumigants such as phosphine and methyl bromide are not permitted on organic cargo, so packing, storage and transit are planned to protect it without them. If your market or certifier needs a specific document, tell us at enquiry stage and we confirm it before quoting.

Organic supply: common questions
Which organic standards can you supply to?
Organic lots are grown and processed under India’s National Programme for Organic Production (NPOP). USDA NOP or EU-equivalent scope is arranged to suit the destination market. Tell us the standard your market requires when you enquire and we confirm it against the certificate before quoting.
What documents come with an organic shipment?
Every organic shipment is supplied with a Transaction Certificate issued by an accredited certification body and the scope certificate for the lot, together with the Certificate of Analysis, phytosanitary certificate, certificate of origin and commercial documents. A pesticide-residue report is available on request.
Is organic product tested for pesticide residues?
Organic certification governs how a crop is grown and handled; it does not by itself guarantee a residue-free result. We offer pesticide-residue analysis at an accredited laboratory, against EU or US limits, for each lot before shipment, and recommend it for EU-bound cargo.
Can I buy conventional and organic in the same order?
Yes. Conventional and organic lots can be quoted together and shipped under one contract with one point of contact. Organic lots are kept separate through cleaning, packing and loading, and documented separately.
What is the minimum order for organic products?
Most organic products ship in full 20ft containers. Smaller quantities and mixed containers can be quoted on request, depending on the product and destination.
Do you offer private-label organic packing?
Yes. Whether an organic logo can appear on retail packs depends on the certified packer’s scope and the rules of the destination market, so we check label artwork against the certificate before anything is printed.
How much more does organic cost than conventional?
Organic premiums vary by commodity, crop year and certification scope. We quote organic and conventional side by side so you can compare like for like.
