This Privacy Policy explains how RNG Agro Exports LLP (“RNG”, “we”, “us”) collects and uses personal information when you visit rngagroexports.com, send us an enquiry, or do business with us. We are a business-to-business exporter of agricultural commodities; we do not sell to consumers through this website.

2. Information we collect
- Enquiry and quote requests: name, company, job title, email, phone/WhatsApp number, country, products, quantities, specifications, destination port and any message you send.
- Business correspondence: emails, WhatsApp messages, calls and documents exchanged during quotations, sampling, contracting and shipment.
- Transaction and compliance records: company registration details, import licences, bank and letter-of-credit details, shipping and consignee information required to issue export documents.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device and pages visited, collected through server logs and the cookies described below.
3. How we use it
- To reply to enquiries, prepare quotations and arrange samples.
- To negotiate, perform and document sales contracts, including inspection, logistics, banking and customs formalities.

We do not sell personal data. We share only what is necessary with: freight forwarders, shipping lines and customs brokers; inspection and testing agencies; banks handling payments or letters of credit; certification bodies and government authorities (for example APEDA, Spices Board, DGFT, customs, FSSAI); and service providers who host our website and email. Some of these recipients are outside your country; we share data with them only to perform your transaction or as required by law.
