What is the difference between food-grade and feed-grade bajra?

Food grade is double sortex cleaned to 99.5% purity for flour milling and health-food packing. Feed grade is cleaned to a lower standard for poultry and cattle compounders at a lower FCL price.

When is bajra available?

Kharif crop, arriving October to December. Booking within that window gives the best moisture and grain fill, which is why we procure then rather than from carry-over stock.

What protein content can you supply?
