Maida is fine refined wheat flour milled from premium Indian wheat. With a low ash content, fine particle size, and consistent gluten development, maida is the foundation flour for bread, biscuits, cakes, pastries, and instant noodles worldwide. What is maida?

How does maida differ from atta?

Maida is refined, with bran and germ removed, giving white flour with lower fibre. Atta is whole wheat, stone-ground with bran and germ retained.

What is the shelf life?

Around twelve months in cool dry storage, longer than atta because the germ oil is removed during refining.

What packing do you supply?

1 kg, 5 kg and 10 kg retail packs under your own brand, or 25 kg and 50 kg bags with food-grade liner for bakery and food manufacturing.
