ISO 22000:2018
Our food safety management system is certified to ISO 22000:2018. The registered scope covers trading and export of agricultural commodities — grains and cereals, millets, pulses and lentils, spices and seeds, and oilseeds (Category F, sub-category FII). In practice it means documented hazard analysis at every step from farmgate to container, traceability back to the lot, and surveillance audits we have to pass to keep the certificate live — the first falls due in July 2027, the second in July 2028.
FSSAI Central Licence
A central FSSAI licence is the statutory requirement for exporting food products out of India. It confirms our premises and handling practices have been inspected and approved under the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006, and it is the licence number your customs broker will reference on the shipping documents.
Importer Exporter Code
The IEC is the code without which no consignment can legally leave India. Ours was issued on 26 April 2026 and appears on every bill of lading, shipping bill and remittance we handle. It is publicly verifiable on the DGFT portal — Services › View Any IEC Details — against our entity name.
APEDA RCMC
APEDA regulates the export of scheduled agricultural products, including cereals, pulses and processed foods. Our Registration-cum-Membership Certificate authorises us to export those lines — non-basmati and basmati rice, wheat, other coarse grains, groundnuts and miscellaneous preparations — and gives buyers a route to verify us through APEDA’s own exporter directory.
Batch-level testing
Certification covers our system; testing covers your consignment. Each lot can be sampled and analysed by an independent laboratory — SGS or Intertek, or a lab you nominate — before loading. The certificate of analysis travels with the shipping documents, and a pre-shipment sample with its COA can be couriered before you commit to an order.
Verifying us independently
Our registrations can be checked without going through us. DGFT publishes an IEC lookup, FSSAI a licence search on FoSCoS, and APEDA a member directory — search our entity name, RNG Agro Exports LLP. Certificate and licence numbers are provided with a verified copy on request. If you need a reference from an existing buyer in your market, ask the trade desk and we will arrange one.
Need documents for your import clearance?
Phytosanitary certificates, fumigation certificates, certificates of origin, health certificates and halal attestation are arranged per destination. Tell us the port and we will confirm the document set before you order.
